Where do you ship from?
All our products are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

Where do you ship to?
At the moment, we only ship across Australia.

How are the items shipped?
All items come bubble wrapped and secured in their own individual cardboard box. Items are then packed in a shipping box to suit the size of the order. All care is taken to reduce the risk of breakages during shipping, however damage during shipping is still possible. Insurance can be purchased at the buyers cost if desired. 

When will my order get shipped?
We aim to process all orders within 5 business days and ship packages within 7-10 business days. If an order is placed on a Friday, on a public holiday, or during peak periods, these times may be extended.

Do I get tracking?
Yes. All orders come with a tracking number from our postal service and will be sent to you when ready.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on size and weight of the package, and the destination. 

What if my item arrives damaged?
While we try our best to ensure a safe journey for all orders, sometimes things go wrong. If so, please get in touch with us via the Contact Page on https://shopavenir.com.au within 2 weeks of your item being delivered together with a photo of the damaged item, and we will sort it out for you.
